Knickerbocker Special is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum dark bayou xo and 15ml curacao orange hiram walker with 10ml raspberry syrup as well as 15ml lemon juice including 15ml orange juice also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just put ice cubes into cocktail shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Julep strain into glass and garnish top with pineapple and served in a saucer glass cold.
