Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Strain into glass.
Scrumptious

Rum Humboldt - Humboldt Rum with sugarcane character with aromatic hints of caramel and toffee and USDA Certified Organic.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Raspberry Syrup - Raspberry syrup made with raspberry and sugar and cooked until thick and has a bitter sweet flacour and can come in a red or dark red color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Knickerbocker is scrumptious robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum humboldt and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml lime juice as well as 15ml raspberry syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
