Knickerbein is delectable quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml benedictine and 10ml kummel liqueur mentzendorff with 10ml bitters bokers as well as 30ml egg yolk including 10ml vanilla syrup also 100ml ice and best with egg dishes.
