  1. Add river water into glass.

Mead Sima - Sima Mead is a quick fermented low alcoholic variety seasoned with lemon and associated with the festival of vappu.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Kings Palace is moreish watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 145ml mead sima and 30ml lemon juice with 115ml water river and served with or for breakfast. Just add river water into glass then pour in the lemon juice and stir in the mead. Alow to stand over night and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
