  1. In a highball glass add the ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the ginger liqueur.
  3. Add the ginger soda.
  4. Sprinkle lemon myrtle on top.

Kings Ginger is fortifying full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml ginger liqueur kings and 15ml lemon myrtle liqueur mad rooster with 55ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a highball glass add the ice cubes then pour in the ginger liqueur and add the ginger soda. Sprinkle lemon myrtle on top and served in a highball glass cold.
