Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake.
Strain into glass.

Sherry Sweet - Sweet sherry has sugar content 160 plus grams per litre and is a fortified wine made from white grapes.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

King Bee is inviting robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml pisco vinas de oro and 15ml benedictine with 15ml honey liqueur beenleigh as well as 10ml sherry sweet including 30ml lemon juice also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
