Layered with 30ml kumquat liqueur fortunella and 15ml kummel liqueur wolfschmidt with 15ml kumquat juice as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add the ice itno glass then pour in the kumquat liqueur and pour in the soda water. Sprinkle the kumquat juice on top and pour over the kummel liqueur and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
