Kens Saturday Salad is delectable quite strong cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin and 15ml lemongrass liqueur with 10ml olive brine as well as 10ml olive oil and had with salad dishes. Just chiffonade lettuce into bottom of glass then add in goat olives and blanched snap peas and drop in a few half cherry tomatos. Add batonnets of cucumbers and sprinkle gin and liqueur on top and sprinkle oil and brine on top and serve with cocktail fork and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
