Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish wit ha twist or lemon and lime.

Orange Liqueur Marie Brizard - Marie Brizards triple sec is a sweet and colorless orange flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Kamikaze is finger licking quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 30ml orange liqueur marie brizard with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml lime juice including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish wit ha twist or lemon and lime and served in a martini glass cold.
