Kak In The Eye is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml coffee liqueur and 15ml vanilla liqueur with 15ml almond liqueur as well as 15ml cinnamon liqueur van wees including 10ml vodka also 15ml apple juice together with 15ml cranberry juice and 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less whipped cream and quick shake to mix. Prong strain into glass and harnish with whipped cream on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
