Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to cocktail mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Baijiu Kweichow 9years - Kweichow Maotaizhens 9 Years Baijiu is made in the Guizhou province of China and an unflavoured moutai baijiu this is made from a combination of wheat and sorghum.

Sorghum Syrup - Sorghum Syrup is any of the many varieties of the sorghum grass whose stalks have a high sugar content that is made into a strong syrup.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Kaffircorn is fortifying very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml baijiu kweichow 9years and 10ml sorghum syrup with 35ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to cocktail mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
