Jujube Syrup

Vinegar Jujube

Soda Water

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.
Garnish with dried jujube.

Jujube Pulp - Jujube Pulp puree are Jujuber cut and mashed into small pices.

Jujube Syrup - Jujube Syrup is cooked with sugar water and jujuber juice until thick and is sweet and tart with a rich jujube flavour.

Vinegar Jujube - Jujuber vinegar is a fruit vinegar is fermentation converting sugars in jujuber fruit into ethanol using yeast and ethanol to acetic acid by acetic acid bacteria.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Jujube Dried - Jujube that are picked ripe and then dried.

Jujuber Gin Fizz is nice above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin black robin and 20ml jujube pulp with 10ml jujube syrup as well as 10ml vinegar jujube including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with dried jujube and served in a highball glass cold.
