Josephine Bombe is savoureux full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 50ml ice cream coffee and 30ml cognac martell red barrell vsop with 30ml pistachio liqueur bottega and served with sweet dishes. Just chill glass then add scoop of strong coffee ice cream to glass and pour over cognac. Pour over pistachio liqueur and garnish with roasted pistachio and served in a saucer glass cold.
