Jimmys Special is delicieux quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cognac martell medaillon vsop and 70ml champagne and good with afternoon tea. Just use ice cold champagne glass then add shot of chilled cognac and pour in cold champagne and served in a flute glass cold.
