Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Rest
  5. Shake again.
  6. Strain into glass.

Jiaolong Dragon is moreish robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml baijiu guojiao and 20ml mandarin liqueur bvland with 20ml mandarin juice as well as 20ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
