Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Pour in Japanese whisky.
  3. Add lemon juice into glass.
  4. Add soda water.
  5. Good with tofu on a stick.
  6. Garnish with large lemon peel.
  7. Palatable

Japanese Highball is palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whisky toki and 20ml lemon juice with 80ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then pour in japanese whisky and add lemon juice into glass. Add soda water and good with tofu on a stick and garnish with large lemon peel and served in a highball glass cold.
