Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Strain into glass.

Shaken with 45ml brandy apple chateau du breuil and 10ml bitters with 10ml lemon juice as well as 15ml pineapple juice including 10ml grenadine also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
