Method
  1. Brew black tea and mixed spice.
  2. Warm short glass.
  3. Add shot of rum to glass.
  4. Fine strain spiced black tea into glass over rum.
  5. Stir well.

Jagatee is pleasant tasting smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum stroh jagertee and 10ml sugar syrup spiced with 110ml tea black and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just brew black tea and mixed spice then warm short glass and add shot of rum to glass. Fine strain spiced black tea into glass over rum and stir well and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
