Irish Rickey is pleisiurach average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whiskey irish jameson ipa and 190ml ice with 15ml lime juice as well as 55ml soda water and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then add irish whiskey and add lime juice. Top with soda water and garnish with peel and served in a highball glass cold.
