Method - Poured - Cold

Chill glass.
Add white wine.
Add poitin liqueur to glass.
Add soda water.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ireland Spritz is scrummy above average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml poitin mad march hare and 60ml wine white dry with 60ml soda water and best with lunch. Just chill glass then add white wine and add poitin liqueur to glass. Add soda water and served in a wine glass cold.
