International Stinger is enjoyable heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml brandy kwv 20year and 30ml galliano with 10ml wasabi as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then fine grate wasabi into shaker and add all other ingredients to shaker. Shake well and pour all into shot glass and top glass with more ice and garnish with a thin wheel of wasabi and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
