Method
  1. Heat glass.
  2. Brew tea.
  3. Add gold rum to glass.
  4. Add almond liqueur to glass.
  5. Add lemon peel.
  6. Pour in warm tea.
  7. Almond milk if needed.
  8. Serve with almond doughnut.
  9. Palatable

Indian Tea is palatable mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum gold amber angostura bfly anejo and 20ml almond liqueur with 200ml tea and best at tea time. Just heat glass then brew tea and add gold rum to glass. Add almond liqueur to glass and add lemon peel and pour in warm tea then almond milk if needed and serve with almond doughnut and served in a coffee glass warm.
