Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently dry stir without ice.
Hawthorne strain into glass over ice.

Curacao Blue Hiram Walker - Curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the Laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Ice Blue Slushtail is freshening strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin myers and 15ml curacao blue hiram walker with 10ml lime juice as well as 35ml tonic water including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Hawthorne strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
