  1. Brew tea and warm serving glass.
  2. Add the wine and apple liqueur.
  3. Drop in slice of apple.
  4. Stir in the tea.
  5. Serve with german pastry.

IAI Harop is kostliche light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml wine white rhine and 30ml saurer apfel with 180ml tea and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just brew tea and warm serving glass then add the wine and apple liqueur and drop in slice of apple. Stir in the tea and serve with german pastry and served in a coffee glass warm.
