Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Cut apricot into small bits.
  3. Place apricot to glass.
  4. Pour in apricot palinka.
  5. Warm goose consomme and add to glass.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Serve with warm bread.

Hungarian Nightcap is very palatable above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml palinka apricot agardi and 60ml consomme goose and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just warm glass then cut apricot into small bits and place apricot to glass. Pour in apricot palinka and warm goose consomme and add to glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve with warm bread and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
