Hugo is rejuvenating weak cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin aux agrumes and 15ml elderflower liqueur with 60ml sparkling wine white non alcoholic as well as 60ml soda water and best at tea time. Just place the ice into tall glass then add a little ice to bar shaker and please sprig of mint and liqueur into glass. Quick shake and stir in the gin soda and sparkling and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
