Hubo is tasty strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu tusu 10year and 10ml tamarillo syrup with 50ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just pack ice into glass then add in the shot of baijiu and top with soda water. Sprinkle the tamarillo syrup on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
