Hot Blackcurrant is succulent smooth cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml blackcurrant liqueur bols and 10ml blackcurrant juice with 40ml water as well as 10ml demerara syrup and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just heat glass then heat all ingredients, less blackcurrants and warning do not boil. Stir well and strain into glass and garnish with blackcurrens and served in a martini glass warm.
