Honkai is scrummy strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml baijiu langjiu 15year and 60ml orange soda with 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pack ice into shot rocks glass then add in shot of baijiu and top glass with orange soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
