  1. Fill ice with flass.
  2. Pour in gin.
  3. Add lychee liqueur.
  4. Pour in lemon juice.
  5. Top with apple juice.

Hong Kong High Flyer is crisp full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml baijiu kaoliang east coast and 15ml lychee liqueur massenez with 15ml lemon juice as well as 30ml apple juice including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill ice with flass then pour in gin and add lychee liqueur. Pour in lemon juice and top with apple juice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
