Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Place a strip of orange zest into shaker.
  3. Splash in the bitters.
  4. Vigorously shake well.
  5. Pour all into rocks glass.
  6. Add in the whisky.
  7. Place more ice to glass.

Homme Moderne is ahvatlev super strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky scotch 22year ancnoc and 10ml bitters macadamia kenny with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then place a strip of orange zest into shaker and splash in the bitters. Vigorously shake well and pour all into rocks glass and add in the whisky then place more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
