Stirred with 45ml gin dry jensens bermondsey and 15ml lychee liqueur briottet with 20ml lychee syrup monin as well as 30ml lime juice including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with lychee or longan and served in a martini glass cold.
