Method
  1. In a highball glass add the ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the white whiskey.
  3. Add in the soda water.
  4. Sprinkle the persimmon liqueur on top.

Highland Park is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml whiskey white rye koval and 15ml persimmon liqueur with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just in a highball glass add the ice cubes then pour in the white whiskey and add in the soda water. Sprinkle the persimmon liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
