Highland Cream is enjoyable strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky glenfiddich 15year and 10ml creme de cacao with 10ml peppermint schnapps as well as 10ml galliano including 40ml cream also 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
