Highland Cooler is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch and 10ml bitters hemp kenny with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 40ml ginger soda also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in shot of scotch whisky and add lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top with ginger soda and drizzle a little bitters on top of ginger soda and served in a highball glass cold.
