Method
  1. Warm glass and brew oolong tea.
  2. Add baijiu to warm glass.
  3. Pour in the hot tea.
  4. Stir in the kumquat jam.
  5. Drinks well with pork meat balls.

Hebei is stimulating weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu yi li te and 30ml jam kumquat with 190ml tea oolong and best at tea time. Just warm glass and brew oolong tea then add baijiu to warm glass and pour in the hot tea. Stir in the kumquat jam and drinks well with pork meat balls and served in a coffee glass warm.
