  1. Place ice into collins glass.
  2. Add juice and syrup to glass.
  3. Add gin.

Happy Hollander is delish standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin and 35ml sparkling wine white with 10ml pineapple syrup monin as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml mango juice also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into collins glass then add juice and syrup to glass and add gin. Top with sparkling wine and served in a highball glass cold.
