Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice into shaker.
Grate ginger into shaker.
Add gin and liqueur.
Shake well.
Stir in the ginger beer.
Add all to shot glass.
Top with more ice.
Good with a ginger biscuits.

Ginger Soda - Ginger soda made with ginger carbonated water inro a rich ginger flavour soda water.

Grinch is divine quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin and 30ml melon liqueur with 30ml ginger soda as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice into shaker then grate ginger into shaker and add gin and liqueur. Shake well and stir in the ginger beer and add all to shot glass then top with more ice and good with a ginger biscuits and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
