Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into ice cold glass.

Grappa Candolini - Candolini Grappa Bianca is brilliant white distilled Grappa and made to a traditional style since 1898.

Grappa Candolini

Strega - Liquore Strega is a herbal liqueur produced since 1860 its yellow color comes from the presence of saffron and soft smooth and sour sweet with herbs and vanilla in a delicate balance.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Grappa Strega is scrumptious robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml grappa candolini and 30ml strega with 20ml lemon juice as well as 20ml orange juice including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into ice cold glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
