  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.
  6. Sprinkle layer of candied seeds on top.

Shaken with 45ml poppy seed liqueur opyyum and 15ml aquavit krogstad with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and sprinkle layer of candied seeds on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
