Grapefruit Martini is zesty quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin and 30ml grapefruit liqueur vedrenne with 15ml vermouth as well as 15ml grapefruit juice including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just chill glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass and garnsih with a twist of grapefruit zest and served in a martini glass cold.
