Gooseberry Jam is fortifying strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml bourbon raggedbranch and 15ml vodka lemon lord howe island with 15ml curacao blue bardinet as well as 15ml jam gooseberry including 40ml orange juice also 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into cocktail shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and garnish with gooseberry and served in a highball glass cold.
