Method - Layered - Room Temperature

Warm serving glass.
Add poitin into bottom of glass.
Flaot port wine on top.
Serve with cheese pickles and bread.

Poitin - Poitin or potcheen or poteen or potheen is made since the early 17th century and translates as little pot and traditionally made from either potatoes or grain the production of poteen was outlawed in 1661 and remained illegal until the late 1990s.

Port Wine - Port wine is fortified wine also called vinho do Porto in the style of port is produced with distilled grape spirits with wine.

Cheese - Cheese is a dairy product derived from milk that is produced in a wide range of flavors textures and forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein and during production the milk is usually acidified and adding the enzyme rennet causes coagulation.

Cocktail Bread - Cocktail bread made into a small loaf.

Pickle Cornichon - Small pickling cucumbers are substitutes for cornichon which are a type of tangy pickle usually made from miniature gherkin cucumbers. Cornichon pickles are usually served in France alongside smoked meats or pates.

Googol is heavenly very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml poitin and 50ml port wine and good with afternoon tea. Just warm serving glass then add poitin into bottom of glass and flaot port wine on top and serve with cheese pickles and bread and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
