Method
  1. Place half the ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Stir in the soda.
  5. Add to glass and top with ice.

Golden Absinthe Fizz is savoureux strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml absinthe reverie and 30ml egg yolk with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml lemon juice including 20ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with egg dishes. Just place half the ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and shake well. Stir in the soda and add to glass and top with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
