Shaken with 30ml whisky scotch glenlivet and 15ml macadamia liqueur trader vic with 45ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and drop wone whole macadamia into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
