Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add pony of gin to glass.
  3. Add sugar syrup.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Top with ginger soda.

Ginger Fizz is moreish average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dry greenalls and 10ml ginger syrup som with 10ml lemon juice as well as 50ml ginger ale soda including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pack ice into glass then add pony of gin to glass and add sugar syrup. Add lemon juice and top with ginger soda and served in a highball glass cold.
