Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with ginger.

Shaken with 30ml ginger liqueur gabriel boudier and 30ml gin pink rocky jones with 30ml beetroot juice as well as 10ml beetroot syrup including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with ginger and served in a saucer glass cold.
