Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add bitters to the edge of glass.
Add bourbon.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with wedge of lemon.

Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add bourbon. Top with soda water and garnish with wedge of lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
