Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Pour all into short glass.
Top glass with ice.

Gin Fix Classic is delightful strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml gin dry elegant and 30ml water lime with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour all into short glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
