Gin Cooler is inviting strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin navy strength 23rd street and 15ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 45ml ginger ale soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just spiral cut the peel of a whole lemon then using peel rim top of glass and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and pour gin over ice and pour in lemon juice then top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
